when you order products from [big bottom market]™ you can be assured your merchandise will be shipped with the utmost care. please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

we guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

* NOTE * please check all addresses carefully. [big bottom market] guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. if we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to the [big bottom market]. if the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. if the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.

shipping costs

we ship via UPS with charges calculated on the weight of the order and ship-to address. 

shipping options to alaska and hawaii are determined by delivery area. orders to these areas must be placed directly with [big bottom market]. please contact us at 707.604.7295 for assistance.

returns policy

you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "complete orders" link under the "my account" menu and click the "return Item(s)" button. we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
